The end of the payroll year is always a busy time for entrepreneurs. Often stressful, closing the year involves preparing numerous documents and complying with several legal obligations in order to start the next year in the best conditions.
Every year during this crucial period, Nethris supports its clients throughout the sometimes puzzling process of updating the frequency of remittances and filing tax slips, as well as RL-1 summaries.
Starting in November, our clients will once again benefit from a series of four (4) bulletins that will provide the detailed information needed to complete year-end tasks, without hiccups! New this year, as of November 1st, the Nethris Internet Suite’s User Help section will include a “Year-end” section. The bulletins will direct you to this intuitive space that will gather many useful resources such as guides, the activity book, video tutorials, frequently asked questions and the checklist.
In addition, a new online lunch and learn information session will be held on November 5th. This convivial meeting will be hosted by our experts. They will take the time to review the various steps involved in closing the year-end and the many resources that are available to our clients, as well as the activities we perform, as a payroll service, on their behalf. Register online early, before the November 1st deadline (offered in French only).
Our year-end webinars are back in December. Several training sessions will be offered, during which we will help SMEs close their payroll year. These meetings are a great time to explore the details of a hassle-free year-end and find out how to complete a few simple tasks in the Nethris Internet Suite. Clients will be invited to register to the webinars through the bulletins, the customer notice reminders and to our Events page.
