Back again this year, Nethris’ 2022 year-end payroll period has begun. As always, we are preparing a wide array of tools and activities that will be available during this busy time to support entrepreneurs and help them understand what is required to close the current year.

Here is a summary of tools and activities to come!

Information bulletins

Five (5) bulletins filled with helpful information will be made available to our clients. The first bulletin will be published in October, and a new one will be issued at the beginning of each month for the next four (4) months. These resources bring together all the elements needed to easily accomplish the year-end tasks that must be completed by month.

Interactive checklist

New this year, the checklist that used to be a PDF document is now interactive and available in the Nethris Internet Suite. Our solution’s users will have access to an overview of year-end steps to be completed and deadlines, and also be able to keep track of tasks that are completed and those that remain.

As of November 1, 2022, a pop-up window and banner will be displayed at the top of the screen, inviting clients to access the checklist in which they will be able to mark off activities as the year-end progresses. This tool is not only an integral part of the process but also an important resource for our clients.

User help

The Year-end menu is still available in the User help section of the Nethris Internet Suite. This intuitive space gathers many useful resources, including guides, the activity book, video tutorials, frequently asked questions and the checklist.

Lunch and learn

This friendly meeting is back! Offered in French, the free Preparing the year-end lunch and learn will once again be hosted by our experts, who will take the time to review the different year-end steps and the many resources available to our clients.

Webinars

Several sessions will be offered (fees are applicable) to help SMEs close their payroll year-end. If the year-end seems like a maze, the Follow the guide webinar is the perfect occasion to explore the details of the carefree year-end.

The schedule includes a four-hour session, during which you will learn how to perform a few simple operations in the Nethris Internet Suite, discover items that must be submitted, learn key moments of the year-end process and benefit from our pro tips.
