What is the Employee Access, and what can I find in it?

Self-Service Access is made available to our clients’ employees who subscribed to the Self-Service solution. It allows you to consult your payroll and print your pay slips. According to the options chosen by your employer, you may also view your personal information (contact details, emergency contacts, etc.), your time banks, your attendance calendar, and even fill-out your timesheet.

At Nethris, the security and privacy of (client’s) data are taken very seriously. Be assured that the access to your account is secured and that it cannot be accessed by any of your colleagues.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, recover it here. You will need your user code, your business code, and the three middle digits of your social insurance number.

I forgot my user code/ business code. How can I recover them?

This information has been given to you by your employer at the creation of your account. Your employer can give you this information again, by accessing the function Administration > User profile.

My account has been locked. Why?

If your connection attempt fails three times, your account locks for safety reasons. Your employer can reactivate it by accessing the function Administration > User profile.

Why can’t Nethris help me recover my ID?

According to the agreement concluded with your employer, Nethris does not provide assistance to employees.

If you have trouble consulting your pay slips on the Internet, we invite you to contact the paymaster or Human Resources of your company. They will help you.

I need my tax slips (T4 or Relevé 1) or my last pay slip. How do I get them?

For confidentiality reasons, your employer (or old employer) is the only person who can provide you with these documents.

I am having problems with my mobile application. What should I do?

If your mobile application is not working as expected, we suggest you download the updates, if necessary. If the anomalies persist, please contact your employer. To ensure data security, your employer is the only one able to contact our customer service to have the problem resolved.
