About the Employee Access

What is the Employee Access, and what can I find in it?

Self-Service Access is made available to our clients’ employees who subscribed to the Self-Service solution. It allows you to consult your payroll and print your pay slips. According to the options chosen by your employer, you may also view your personal information (contact details, emergency contacts, etc.), your time banks, your attendance calendar, and even fill-out your timesheet.

At Nethris, the security and privacy of client’s data are taken very seriously. Be assured that the access to your account is secured and that it cannot be accessed by any of your colleagues.

All the answers to your questions regarding the employee's access

To access the Nethris Internet Suite, your employer must use our Self-service solution. If this is the case, you will be provided with a user code, business code, and password to enter on the login page.

On the user code recovery page, enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you your access information.

On the user login page, enter your user code and business code and click on Continue. Then, click on I forgot my password. Re-enter your user code, business code, and the three middle digits of your social insurance number for authentication purposes. You will then be prompted to create a new password.

For security purposes, your account is deactivated after three unsuccessful login attempts. You must contact your employer to unlock it from the Administration function (Administration > User Profile).

For reasons unknown to us, your user code has been deactivated by your employer. Please contact them.

Ask your employer to verify your access rights. It is possible that you were not granted access to your pay stubs or tax slips in Self-service.

When in doubt about the security of your personal information, immediately inform your employer so that they can contact our customer service. We also encourage you to change your password as soon as possible.

Click on the My Requests icon on the Nethris Internet Suite home page, and select the request type from the drop-down list. Your requests are displayed and a note will indicate whether the one you want to follow-up has been received, approved, or refused. You can also view your requests according to status, by checking the desired status box. To submit a request, your employer must use the HR Pro or Time Management solution as well as the Self-service solution.

To access the app, your employer must use our Self-service solution. If so, you will be provided with a user code, business code, and password. Download the app from Google Play for Android devices or Apple Store for Apple devices.

You need to register to the Nethris Internet Suite to create a personalized password and select your security questions. You must also confirm your email address. You will then be able to log in to the mobile app with your user information.

You cannot retrieve your user information from the mobile app. From a computer, access the user code recovery page and enter the email address associated with your account. Your user information will be sent to you at this email address.

First, make sure the Payroll by Nethris® mobile app and your mobile operating system are up to date, and download the latest version if needed. If you have an Android device, make sure that you have the latest version of the PDF reader (such as Acrobat Reader ) installed. Viewing a PDF on Apple devices does not require a PDF reader.

The mobile application is compatible with iPhone® and iPad® (iOS 13.0 or later versions), and Android™ phones and tablets (4.4 or later versions).

Select the menu bar located on the left of your screen, select the Password tab and proceed with the modification. Note that this change will be synchronized with the Nethris Internet Suite. Your secret questions, however, can only be modified from the Nethris Internet Suite.

Select the menu bar on the left of your screen, select the My requests tab, and then the arrow to the right of All requests. Select the request category of your choice from the drop-down list so that it appears on the screen. A note will indicate if your request has been received, approved or refused. You can also view requests according to status by selecting the arrow to the right of All statuses. To submit a request, your employer must use the HR Pro or Time Management solution, as well as the Self-service solution.

Currently, the mobile punch function is not available, but it is a feature we are planning to implement in the future.

Your employer is probably a large business that uses an "IP" payroll solution, that is, a personalized solution adapted to their needs. For this reason, you cannot connect to the Payroll by Nethris® mobile app, designed solely for SMEs without a personalized service. Therefore, if you log on using https://ip.nethris.com on your computer, you must do the same on your mobile. Then, under your web browser options, select Add to the home screen, and personalize the name of the icon if needed.
