Can my employees use the application?
If you have opted for the Self-Service module and your employees already access their pay slips online, they can use the application. They simply need to download the application and login using the same codes.
Which platforms are compatible with the application?
The application is compatible with iOS (Apple) and Android platforms. It is optimized for smartphones and works with the following operating systems:
- iPhone® (iOS 8.0 or later)
- iPad® (iOS 8.0 or later)
- iPod touch® (iOS 8.0 or later)
- Android™ 4.4 and up
Do I have to pay to use the application?
No. The application is free. It works only for clients who opted for the Self-Service module.
Does my company have to be a Nethris client to use the application?
Yes. The application is an extension of services provided to Nethris clients. Your Nethris Internet Suite user code, company code, and password are required to use the application.
Is my personal information secure?
The security of your personal information is very important to us. The application features the same security and protection characteristics as Nethris Internet Suite, including secure authentication.
