As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, the Nethris Team is proud to announce the launch of a new Resource Centre for its clients. This contextual help provides user guides within the Nethris Internet Suite. Informative content is provided based on your browsing history to increase your mastery of the various features, help you gain autonomy, optimize your use of our solution, and increase your operational efficiency.

A new Resource Centre

From the outset, customer service has been Nethris’ strength, and it just got even better with the addition of the Resource Centre to our payroll solution. This new tool includes interactive guides to help you navigate our platform with contextual help that offers you training scenarios based on questions frequently asked in customer service.

These tutorials guide you step by step within our solution to carry out the key tasks of payroll managers. For example, one tutorial provides a six-step overview of the payroll processing cycle to give you a rundown of the work involved. Check it out to make sure you follow the process efficiently and compliantly.

The Resource Centre is accessible directly from the platform, guiding you as you navigate and offering you the opportunity to learn more about the features through pop-up windows. By following our step-by-step process, you can quickly locate the buttons to select and the fields to fill in.
