Since April 20, improvements for the authentication process in the Nethris Internet Suite are gradually being rolled out for Nethris customers. In order to maintain highly secure practices, several parameters have been strengthened:

• All security options are now grouped in a single location, the User profile. A new password policy has also been implemented and users can, as needed, create a stronger password. Furthermore, an error message will be displayed when a compromised password is detected.
• After four (4) unsuccessful attempts to log in, the user profile will be locked for a 15 minute period.
• New identity validation criteria have also been implemented for certain user types upon retrieving a password.
