This Web site is the property of CGI Payroll Services Centre Inc. (hereafter “PSC”), better known under its trademark, Nethris®. The goal of this privacy statement is to inform you about:

  • the types of information we can collect about you when you visit our site;
  • the ways in which we can use your personal information that you communicate to us;
  • our policy regarding the disclosure of personal information.

This privacy statement applies solely to personal information collected on this Web site.

INFORMATION COLLECTED
There are two types of information we can collect from you when you visit our Web site: personal information and general information about your use of the site.

Personal information (identifiable information)
You can access and browse our site without disclosing any personal data. The only identifiable information that we collect and keep about users is that which you voluntarily provide us with (e.g., your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address). We do not use any unauthorized methods to collect your personal information without your knowledge. We do, however, collect identifiable information found in e-mails that are sent to us.

Aggregate site use information (non-identifiable information)
PSC also collects general site use information by means of indicators and numerous environmental variables. This information does not contain anything that can personally identify you. These data include, but are not limited to, internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), the referring or exit pages, platform type, date and time stamp, connection speed, read time, display time and the number of clicks.

We use this information to try to determine general demographic trends and improve the online experience for our Web site users. PSC may retain this non-identifiable information for a certain amount of time before deleting it.

DISCLOSURE AND USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
With the exception of the cases described in this privacy statement, we will not sell, trade, lease or otherwise disclose any part of the personal data we collect online without your consent. These data will only be used for the purposes for which you provided them. We may also use them to inform you about our products and services.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGI Group Inc. (CGI), we may share the personal information (identifiable information) that you’ve submitted to us online with affiliates of CGI or with business partners with whom we collaborate. We do require, however, that our business partners observe the principles of this privacy statement as well.

We may be obliged to provide personal data as required by law to comply with a court order, a summons to appear or a government investigation. If we have reason to believe, in good faith, that we have discovered illegal activity, we reserve the right to inform the proper law enforcement authorities. We have the right to disclose personal information whenever we believe that is it reasonably necessary to do so to protect the rights, property and safety of others and ourselves.

We may also, on occasion, provide non-identifiable information to business partners, consultants or news agencies. In these cases, data is typically used to evaluate the level of interest that our site generates, or in planning improvements to its infrastructure.
In the event that PSC or its affiliates were to merge with or be acquired by another company, or if its assets were seized, it is to be expected that we would transfer your personal information, in whole or in part, to the companies providing services to you and our other site users.

REVIEW OF ANONYMOUS DATA FROM GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We are committed to providing relevant and useful content to existing and potential clients visiting our website. This means we cannot identify which information is about our clients, and we will not attempt to do so.

To promote our services, we also use advertising network ads like Google Network Display. Specifically, we use Google’s Remarketing function. Third-party suppliers, like Google, can run our ads on different websites. PSC and Google use first-party cookies and third-party cookies to obtain information and optimize and run ads according to site visits
You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Google Ads Setting or through the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
